Terms and Conditions of Service

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Ticketto SaaS platform, provided by Bitle S.r.l.s. ("Bitle"). By using Ticketto, the Organizer accepts these Terms in full.

1. Scope of the Service

Ticketto is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to make it easy to create events, collect registrations, manage time slots and run check-in by scanning QR codes from a smartphone. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

2. Account Creation and Event Organization

The Organizer undertakes to provide truthful information when creating their account and their events. Using Ticketto to organize illegal or fraudulent events, or events that promote hatred or discrimination, is strictly prohibited. Bitle reserves the right to suspend or close any account that breaches this rule.

3. Pricing and Payments

Ticketto charges no commission of its own on the tickets you sell. Bitle's revenue comes exclusively from platform subscriptions, priced as follows (VAT included, subject to future change):

3.1 Ticket sales. To sell tickets, the Organizer connects their own Stripe account to Ticketto, either a new or an existing one, and completes its verification with Stripe. Ticket payments are made directly to the Organizer's Stripe account, and the Organizer is the seller of the tickets: their name appears on the Attendee's card statement and Stripe pays the revenue out to their bank account. Bitle does not receive, withhold or handle the collected funds in any way, and is not a party to the sales contract between the Organizer and the Attendee.

3.2 Payment processing fees. Ticketto takes no commission on tickets. Payment processing fees are charged by Stripe directly to the Organizer, under the terms of the Organizer's agreement with Stripe.

3.3 Refunds, disputes and Organizer obligations. The relationship with Stripe is governed by the agreement between the Organizer and Stripe. The Organizer is solely responsible for refunds to Attendees, for handling payment disputes (chargebacks), for correctly configuring their Stripe account, for all tax obligations relating to the tickets sold (tax documents, VAT and any applicable copyright or performance fees) and for their relationship with Attendees. Ticketto provides tools to issue refunds, which are in any case carried out on the Organizer's Stripe account.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ticketto provides the software platform but is in no way the organizer, co-organizer or sponsor of the events created by its users. Bitle cannot be held liable for:

Bitle's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount paid by the user for use of the platform during the last month of subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Ticketto software, user interface, logo and materials belong to Bitle S.r.l.s.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. For any dispute relating to use of the service, the exclusive court of jurisdiction shall be the Court of Monza.
