I'm Fabio Gabelli, founder of Ticketto. For over ten years I've worked at the intersection of software and events: I started out building digital tools for organizers and trainers, and over time I watched the same frustrations repeat dozens of times — queues at check-in, QR scanners that won't turn on, fees that eat the margin, attendees who can't find their ticket email.
